The only tough bit might be the headers nuts but soak them in wd40 or similar and you should be fine mate.

Plus if you manage to get some pics of the swap you could do a bit of a write-up for the Wiki :thumbsup

Hi Mick
Its the smallest things that slow you down. The exup is seized in the replacement headers and all the bolts snapped on the cover then all the bolts on the mounting plate. Have left the valve to soak overnight in wd and attacked it today with some heat. It wont budge - am about to put a match to the bike!

Can you salvage the exup valve from the headers ??

Maybe drill the bolts out with some left handed drill bits :thumbsup

Yep have got the exup on the bench but it wont release from the mounting plate, and think I have bent it in the process. Am searching ebay for a replacement but never seen a valve on its own. Broken bolts should come out with easyouts I hope.
Just think I was looking forward to this.

perseverance and heat and wd40 and elbow grease = slight movement :thumbsup
